How to Upgrade to 3.22
1. Unzip the NDKP_install.zip file to a folder on your computer.
2. Upload the file bcupdate.sql into your NDKP database.
--IF YOU HAVE CHANGED ITEM VALUES IN YOUR DATABASE TO MATCH THE NEW RATING SYSTEM, SKIP TO STEP 4--
3. Upload the file bcupdateitems.sql into your NDKP database.
4. Upload the contents of the NDKP install file to your NDKP web directory.
5. Enjoy!

Changes in 3.22
	- Added "resilience" stat to items.
	- Adjusted all stats recently changed to the new rating system with their converted values.
	- Adjusted all tooltips to display ratings instead of "increases your chance to <x> by <x>."
	- Fixed a divide by zero bug when calculating a members activity.
	- Fixed a bug where initial configuration would result in issues with admin passwords.

February 17
	- Fixed a bug with player deletions accessing other tables within the
	  database

February 16
  	- Fixed an issue where Paladin DPS was being ignored. 
	  To alter Paladin DPS Pricing current default: .35 or 35% 
	  	- Open formula.php and locate the line:
		  $paladindps='.35';
		  Change the .35 to the percentage in decimal you wish to charge.
	- Sorting for Attendance and Raid player lists applied
	- Affected file changes: formula.php, admin/apply-formulas.php, admin/config/adminClass
	  Please download the patch, upload the new files, run Apply Formulas to
	  Items, then Process All Raids.

Changes in 3.21
	- Added support for Block in Items - No formula at this time.
	- Added Spell Pierce / Negative Resists to NDKP formula now applied to all
	  negative resists.
	- Added Secondary Weapon charge support for tanks who purchase tank specific 1
	  hand weapons. This secondary force may be used for all classes if there is a
	  secondary dkp value on the item. Required 2 x 1H looting with upgrade on 3rd
	  weapon still intact.
	- A bug was fixed where priests could not loot any combined increased damage
	  and healing item mods or maces in wishlist.
	- Added the default setting to NDKP that allows a forced Fullprice setting
	  when adding loots to raids. You will need to reset all your previous 
	  raids to fullprice or run the following SQL on NDKP_raiddrops;
	  "update NDKP_raiddrops set fullPrice=1";
	- Added display support to show number of players in a raid when editing.
	- Fixed a bug with NDKP Adjustments where adjustments were not displaying
	  correctly with earned and spend DKP.

 - Corrected a DKP assignment issue with Secondary DKP and Full Price Selections.
 - Process New raids now adjusts dkp spent and player adjustments as well
 - Add Raids will now create a new raid number in association to the last raid
   id.
 - Added Time Zone offsets
